For the past two years, Nanyang group have collaborated with Cathy Zhang, the founder of Ms. Cattea Tea company. She has been “brewing” tea professionally since 2002. Cathy has a bachelor's degree in Tea Science from the University of Southern China Agriculture University. This degree gave her the highest level in Tea Tasting Certificate nationally in China and she was awarded as The Professional Tea Ceremony Artist at the national level.
At Nanyang Tea Club we stock 13 types of tea from Ms. Cattea Tea. Our Nanyang Malaya Café have a small selection of tea such as Breakfast Tea, Rose Oolong, Jasmine Pearl Green Tea, Peach Rooibos, and Matcha. While Nanyang Home offers nine tea such as Da Hong Pao Oolong, Imperial Chrysanthemum, Premium Lychee Black Tea, Jasmine Pearl Green Tea, Peach Rooibos, Mini Mandarin Puer, Fruit Garden and Rose Oolong.
